Dear NPT Community,

My early days have been exciting and illuminating as I speak with you—our donors, advisors and key stakeholders—about NPT’s mission to increase philanthropy in society and our unique position in service to the sector.

You are sharing valuable insights about our offerings, philanthropy overall and the rapid pace and effect of change for those serving in social impact organizations. I’m also hearing about the impact of critical events on our society and the important role of philanthropy in broader U.S. and global issues.

These meetings emphasize the continued and growing importance of philanthropy and those who fuel it. Amidst all the opportunities, it’s clear to me that donor-advised funds (DAFs) transform and stabilize the philanthropic ecosystem and provide critical unrestricted capital and operating support for nonprofit organizations.

Your insights validate our focus to modernize giving, enhance our customer experience and support legacy and wealth management practices for advisors. They also substantiate the value of our in-house expertise in converting gifts of businesses and alternative investments into social impact.

My previous experiences at one of the largest DAF sponsors in the U.S. and building and scaling a global relief platform at a national social enterprise taught me the importance of making it easy for clients to realize their philanthropic goals. As I bring that experience and my passion for service, excellence and innovation into these conversations about the future of NPT, I’d love to hear from more of you:
